Victoria Smyth

Victoria is an economic development consultant specialising in strategy, prioritisation and case-making for places across the UK. Using an evidence-based approach, Victoria has delivered a diverse set of projects that respond to local needs and create inclusive change. Prior to joining PRD, Victoria worked in property advisory firm Avison Young’s Planning Development and Regeneration team and multi-disciplinary firm Hatch’s Urban Solutions team.

Responding to cross-cutting themes including quality work, housing and climate change, Victoria has developed economic strategies for Bromley, Guildford and Stockport. She has also helped to unlock government funding to support regeneration projects for towns and cities across the UK.
