Sophie Nellis
Sophie joined PRD in August 2023, with a passion for projects that have a positive impact on communities and involve local people in processes of urban change in a meaningful way.
In her previous role, she led and supported on a range of research and events programmes. Topics included social value, affordable housing, coproduction, leadership, inclusive design, health and housing, and net zero. Through workshops, interviews and events (from online panels to all-day conferences) she produced insight and practical recommendations for a cross-sector network of built environment practitioners.
Sophie has a background in writing and editing, and has also worked as an English teacher and as a tour guide in both Paris and London. She has an MSc in Urban Studies and an MA in Paris Studies.
