Martin is a co-founder of PRD and leads our development and investment work. He supports projects to achieve their potential by creating and coordinating strategies for development, project delivery and funding, working alongside clients in the public, private and social sectors.

Throughout his career, Martin has structured, managed and delivered a variety of complex development and regeneration projects and partnered ventures. Martin understands the property and development sector from a mixed-use, landowner, funding and delivery perspective, having led and advised on a number of development-led public/private partnerships.

In recent years, Martin has supported a number of transport-led infrastructure projects and masterplans (such as HS2) to identify and harness opportunities for value enhancement and public sector value capture through a focus on effective early development planning and the integration of opportunities for future partnership working.

Martin has been a practising Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years and is also a member of The Mayor of London’s Infrastructure Advisory Panel where he contributes on improving how infrastructure is planned and delivered across London and is seeking to address cross-cutting policy issues such as coordination, resilience, regulation, funding and financing, data and innovation.
