Daniel Partridge
A significant part of Daniel’s work involves extensive engagement with the public sector, its stakeholders and partners, to structure and develop new strategic approaches for major capital projects and delivery partnerships that aim to realise community and wider economic objectives within the constraints of the challenging economic climate.
He is actively involved in scoping and establishing several local authority housing companies and has board-level experience on current and historic housing and regeneration delivery ventures. For example, Daniel has been retained to supported LB Lambeth to scope, structure, business plan and mobilise Homes for Lambeth (HFL), a new group of council-owned housing companies which will develop and manage new housing across a range of tenures in Lambeth, with much of this taking the form of regeneration of existing estates.
HFL plays an important role by enabling LB Lambeth to directly reinvest development surpluses to address market failures, address local housing needs and generate income for the council’s General Fund.
Daniel has over 17 years’ experience of developing bespoke, partnered strategies and operational models for regeneration by working with the public, private and voluntary & community sectors and directly with local communities during both the strategic development and delivery phases.
