Podcast: a resident-focused housing strategy for Waltham Forest

PRD has been supporting the London Borough of Waltham Forest to develop a progressive new housing strategy. The work was informed by a comprehensive evidence base which demonstrated the foundational importance of a safe, secure, and genuinely affordable home to resident health and wellbeing.  

Recently, PRD’s Will Temple joined the council’s Head of Housing Strategy, Eoin Quiery, on the Healthy Homes Hub’s Making Housing Better podcast to discuss how we developed a resident-focused strategy, which is responding to both the root causes and secondary impacts of the housing crisis.
