• Senior Consultant

    As a Senior Consultant you will play an integral role managing and supporting the delivery of PRD's work across the public, private and civil society sectors, while also helping to develop our project pipeline.

    You will act as project manager on a spectrum of our research and strategy projects, being responsible for designing research processes, engaging and liaising with clients, undertaking consultation and engagement, overseeing research and analysis, and leading on production of reports and other outputs. As part of this, you will work closely and effectively with PRD colleagues and, where relevant, external collaborators.

    Through project work and line management responsibilities, you will play a major role supporting the development of PRD’s junior team members.

    You will support the development of PRD’s new business pipeline by helping write bids and proposals, and will also have an opportunity to support the broader external positioning and day to day management activities of the business.

    Salary and benefits

    • £43k to £49k (depending on experience)

    We aim to interview candidates week commencing 12th September 2022 . We are currently conducting interviews in person at our office in central London. Our interview process usually consists of an initial interview with two senior staff members, for which you will be asked to prepare a short presentation in response to a task for the interview. There may be a second interview with two other members of senior staff if required.
