Rosa Sulley

Rosa is a Senior Consultant with experience in socio-economic development and place-based regeneration. She has delivered a wide range of projects across London, the UK and internationally and has a strong interest in projects focused on creating positive economic and social change for local communities. Prior to joining PRD, Rosa worked in Hatch UK’s Urban Solutions team. She also has an MSc in the Sustainable Development of Cities.

Rosa has led projects for public, private and third sector clients, including various London boroughs, district councils, property developers and social enterprises. This work has included place-based socio-economic strategy and vision development, securing public sector funding, social research and social value assessment.

Recent studies that she has led include the Hackney Central Town Centre Strategy, Action Plans for post-Covid town centre recovery in LB Enfield, the creation of a Place Plan for Folkestone and research on levelling up for the Thames Estuary Growth Board.
